                             RESOLUTION NO.   19924  
                   
                   
                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE OFFICE OF 
                   COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT TO USE TWO HUNDRED 
                   TWENTY THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS 
                   ($220,000.00) IN FUNDS, WHICH WERE EARNED 
                   FROM URBAN DEVELOPMENT ACTION GRANT (UDAG) 
                   PROJECTS WHICH HAVE BEEN CLOSED OUT, FOR 
                   INFRASTRUCTURE IMPROVEMENTS ON THE NORTH 
                   SHORE CONSISTENT WITH THE NORTH SHORE 
                   CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT PLAN.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Office of Community Development 
       be and is hereby authorized to allocate $220,000.00 in funds, 
       which were earned from Urban Development Action Grant (UDAG) 
       Projects which have been closed out, for infrastructure 
       improvements on the North Shore consistent with the North Shore 
       Concept Development Plan.
